Online Pre-Registration Dates:

Early Registration: July 5, 2016 through September 25, 2016

Regular Registration: September 26, 2016 through November 9, 2016

Onsite Registration:  November 10, 2016

Cancellation

The cancellation policy is stated as follows:

50% cancellation refund until September 12, 2016.  No refunds will be given after September 12, 2016 for cancellations.

All cancellations, substitutions or other changes must be sent in writing to the organizer contact or afeievents@afei.org.

Substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations, as long as there is no change in the original financial transaction.

Industry Attendee - A government issued form of ID (State DL/ID)

Government Attendee (Active Duty Military or Civilian) - A valid government employee ID

Academia Attendee- Academic full-time employee or student ID
