Mission
The purpose of this joint industry and government committee is to revise and consolidate the EIA-748 Standard for EVMS 32 Guidelines to reflect current program management business needs for the next reaffirmation cycle, Revision E, of the EVMS Standard. As part of the process to produce the next generation of the EVMS Standard, the committee will be identifying and executing joint industry and government actions to update policy, processes, and procedures to facilitate the transition to Revision E. The committee provides regular updates at IPMD meetings and other events. Relevant committee documents will be posted on this web page for reference.

The initial draft of the revised guidelines were presented at the January 2020 IPMD meeting (Section 2 of the Standard). The Committee is working on a draft of Section 3. Further details about the update process as well as communication efforts to inform others about the update will be presented at the April 2020 IPMD meeting. There will be a formal comment and adjudication process that will occur in 2020 once a complete draft of the revised Standard is ready for public review. As presentations and draft documents become available, they will be posted on this page for you to download.
