NDIA Welcomes John K. Muller as Senior Vice President of Membership and Chapters

(Arlington, VA) John Muller, a retired Army Colonel who served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), now heads Membership and Chapters at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), as its Senior Vice President.

Muller will oversee program planning, integration, execution, and evaluation, while also driving public awareness and membership growth. 

"I am honored to join NDIA," said Muller. "I look forward to working closely with NDIA members and Chapters to ensure the nation maintains a robust defense industrial base”.

Before joining DLA, Muller served 33 years in the U.S. Army, holding senior roles in the Army, Army National Guard, NATO ISAF-Afghanistan, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. His decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Ranger Tab, and Combat Infantry Badge. He also worked on the House Armed Services Committee (2019–2021) and led fundraising at CSIS for the International Security Program.

Muller graduated from Florida Southern College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, received a master’s in public administration from American University, and completed a Secretary of Defense Senior Service College Corporate Fellowship.
