NDIA Issues Statement on DoD Release of NDIS Implementation Plan
10/30/2024
(Arlington, VA) As NDIA highlights in its 2024 Vital Signs Report, the U.S. needs a robust defense industrial base (DIB) to meet our national security challenges in this era of great power competition. The Department of Defense deserves credit for its efforts in releasing the National Defense Industrial Strategy Implementation Plan. As the voice of businesses of all sizes and sectors of the defense ecosystem, NDIA looks forward to continuing its work with the DoD to ensure the strategy is adequately resourced and implemented in partnership with industry as we collaboratively work towards building a modern, diverse, and resilient U.S. DIB.
