NDIA's Norquist Issues Statement on Hicks' Replicator Initiative

“I greatly appreciate Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks' leadership on the Replicator initiative that is set to deter and outpace China in fielding attritable autonomous systems. Hicks not only takes on the systemic threat that China poses, but recognizes that American industry is poised to deliver innovative capabilities and then match them at scale.
